Newborn Mini Sessions
Newborn Mini Sessions offer all the excitement and beauty of a full newborn photography session, but offer a budget friendly alternative and shorter studio timeframe. A Newborn Mini is also perfect for older newborns up to 8 weeks, so no matter how old your little one is, I’d love to photograph them as they are – whether sleeping peacefully or wide-eyed and alert.
During a newborn mini session, I’ll focus my attention solely on your baby – no siblings or parents included in these poses! Instead, we’ll carefully wrap and pose your baby in a colour theme of your choosing and create five stunning, timeless images that you’ll treasure forever. Newborn Mini Sessions are an all inclusive budget friendly option. Every Newborn Mini session includes the studio time, 5 digital images with one colour theme and a choice of accessories like a bonnet, sleepy cap or headband. You are also able to choose one prop from my selection such as a basket, bed or bowl. Babies are usually swaddled to keep them calm during these sessions.
Unlike our full newborn sessions your baby doesn’t have to sleep for our Newborn Mini Sessions – they just need to be content and calm and this helps to keep the session around 60 minutes long; If you think you would prefer a session to include siblings, parents, multiple props and colour options as well use of a variety of props then check out my full newborn sessions.
I also sell gift vouchers for our Newborn Mini Sessions – this is a perfect gift for a friend or colleague as they do not have to contribute any more money towards the sessions – however I always offer the option to upgrade to a full newborn session if they want to.

Frequently Asked questions
These sessions have become increasingly popular with parents looking to capture the beauty of their newborns without committing to a full session. As a result, our availability for these mini sessions can vary, making it all the more crucial to book as early as possible in order to avoid any disappointment.
While the standard length of a newborn mini session is up to 60 minutes, I remain fully flexible and adaptable to your baby and their needs. It is my goal to provide the most comfortable and enjoyable experience for your little one, therefore, if we find that they require additional time to settle, feed or simply take a break there is no rush.
I save for replacement purposes only & for a maximum of 12 months. Replacement digital galleries are £30 if lost.
Your final gallery of 5 fully edited images will be ready to view and download within 10 days of your session. Galleries are open for a maximum of 7 days – after which a reopening fee of £20 will be charged if downloads have not been made.
If you do not wish your images to be used on social media platforms or any of my portfolios or competition entries please let me know & I will of course oblige.
Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount & used to put towards any session of your choice. Gift certificates are valid for one year & cannot be exchanged for cash.
