Where to see Santa in Surrey
Ive just released my Christmas Mini Sessions so thought it would be the perfect time to share where to let you know where to see Santa in Surrey. With such a wide variety of options you’re sure to find something magical and memorable that the whole family will enjoy.
When: 23rd November – 24 December
Where: Bocketts Farm Park, Young Street, Fetcham, Leatherhead, KT22 9BS
Why: Included in this experience is access to the farm and soft play. Children will enjoy a ride on the Santa Express trailer followed by a visit to a traditional workshop with the elves. Next, they’ll be invited to meet Father Christmas in his magical grotto. Each child will receive a special golden coin to spend in his amazing toy shop, selecting the gift of their choice to take home!
When: 2nd December – 21st December
Where: Millmead Lock (Millmead Island), Guildford, GU2 4BB.
Why: Join Santa aboard a boat this Christmas for a gentle family cruise along the River Wey; all proceeds go to The Surrey Care Trust. Upon departure form The Millmead Island children will be on the hunt for Santa – finding clue along the way while enjoying mince pies, soft drinks and mulled wine! Once we find Santa, he’ll hop on board with his sack of gifts to join us in the Christmas cabin for the return journey.
When: 18th November – 24th December
Where: Chessington Garden Centre, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NG.
Why: To get you into the festive spirit this experience kicks off with a short animated film, afterwards your journey will begin taking you through an adventure of magic and wonder where each room features a different theme. Once you reach the end you’ll find Father Christmas in his own cosy cabin where he will check your name twice!! Your child will receive a magical ticket that allows them to step inside Santa’s Workshop to select any present they like.
When: 25th November – 31st December
Where: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NE
Why: Wander through the delightful underground town of Enchanted Hollow decked out in all its festive finery and then join the jolly elves and reindeer and meet Father Christmas in his log fire grotto. Finally revel in the Christmas cheer that a traditional panto and carollers offer.
When: 2nd, 3rd & 9th December
Where: Ashtead Garden Centre, Pleasure Pit Road, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 1HU
Why: Children can find Santa in his giant Christmas pudding grotto and head inside for a cosy chat. Take photos (or ask an Elf to help!) and receive an early Christmas present! Then they can pick up your reindeer fact hunt sheet and find the answers for a prize.
